Kyle Allen Pierce

Kyle is an Associate Attorney at The Bloom Firm. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College where he studied Economics and Chinese, and received business certification in Mandarin. Kyle received his Juris doctorate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2017 where he focused his studies on business law and civil litigation. During law school Kyle served as an editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review and was an executive board member of the Black Law Student Association. Furthermore, Kyle has written to the International Court of Human Rights, petitioning the unjust treatment of underserved communities in Honduras. Kyle is admitted to practice law in California.

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle worked at Allan Law Group in the business and entertainment litigation practice where he focused on matters related to multimillion-dollar intellectual property, copyright, and contract disputes with Fortune 500 companies and entertainment clients. He has also accumulated experience in the Chinese corporate space at Giant Interactive Group and worked for United Talent Agency.

Kyle recognizes the importance of protecting civil rights and empowering victims of injustice, so he is excited for this opportunity to work at The Bloom Firm.

Outside of his legal practice, Kyle enjoys classic film, international travel, and fitness.
