I’m a California employment lawyer who began my legal career in 2001 after a successful public service career as a firefighter and paramedic. I founded my own law firm in 2004 and have since represented thousands of laborers, tradespeople, professionals, labor organizations, and small business employers, including restaurant and franchise owners, across a wide range of private-sector industries, as well as throughout California’s public sector.
My practice includes unpaid wages and overtime, workplace discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, trade secrets, employment and civil litigation, class actions, mediation, and neutral workplace investigations. Those are the BEST words a registered nurse or family nurse practitioner can read when going through a California Board of Registered Nursing investigation following a complaint because it means the case is CLOSED with no disciplinary action against the professional license. I am so glad we were able to achieve that result in your case. It was a team effort! You definitely did the right thing by hiring experiencing nursing board defense counsel as early as possible, and you were a pleasure to represent throughout the process.
