James is amazing. His ability to make you feel comfortable is beyond natural. He cares and I could feel it. Getting divorced is the hardest thing I’ve ever done and James gets 5 stars for handling me with so much care. Thank you again James.

I was referred to Jim and his team by another lawyer in LA. Shortly after I had hired Jim, I found myself in an unfortunate situation where I was served a divorce petition from out of state. I was completely disheartened as I loved working with this team. After having a difficult time with my ex in t...he divorce process and having one lawyer already close my file, I felt Jim had my back and that he was going to get me out of this divorce process in no time. We decided it would be best to find another lawyer from the state I was served from, and Jim helped me every step of the way. I never once felt abandoned and truly felt cared for. Thanks Jim and team!

Excellent Representation

Sadly I have suffered the experience of divorce and the ugly side of people when they separate. I could have paid less and accepted less in terms of integrity and professionalism because that is readily available in this arena. Being an intergal person and one that does not cut corners I required th...e same in resolving very personal family issues so that I could pick up the pieces and move on. Jim Reape, Russell Thaw, Ruby, Chanel and the support team at Reape Rickett represent this throughout their firm. I can say I had a good experience losing my husband but I can say they made the process of losing him less painful and they gave me the legal and sometimes emotional support if needed to see to the otherside. Highly recommend this family law firm I wish I could give more stars.

This man is amazing

Jim and his firm are an amazing group of people. They are professional yet friendly and do not treat you with anything but kindness, compassion and understanding! I was at my wits end trying to find representation and just when I had given up Jim and his partner stepped in and did what no others woul...d do, they looked at me and my case and took my circumstances into it and went to bat for me and my son. I never had a problem getting into contact with him and he kept me updated on my case. The most important thing for me I think was that he took the time and had the patience to explain everything to me and he never once made feel ignorant whereas many others Ive dealt with had. Jim is an amazing attorney and I would recommend him and his firm to any and everyone!
