Robert Francis Brennan

Although I am not a litigious person I found myself in a position where I found the need for an attorney to right a wrong. I had met with several lawyers in the process, and although they were likable as individuals, none left me with a feeling of confidence or that I would be in the best hands. Th...at is until I met Robert Brennan. I was immediately struck with his professionalism and honest assessment of what lie ahead – no fluff, just fact. Moreover, I was struck with his accomplishments and background that I subsequently researched. So began a very long journey in an effort to gain a little justice. Through out the eight and one-half year process Bob, as I came to know him, never wavered and continued to plug away at the case that the opposition continually tried to block, thwart and stall. Through all of this he retained a conservative optimism, as is proper for his profession. When the day finally came that we were at trial I realized that I indeed had made the correct decision in choosing Bob. He is a VERY quick witted and skilled litigator that knows his business. He was able to counter every less that honorable move by the defense, while all the while maintaining an affable or friendly demeanor that won over the jury and seemingly the judge in the case. It was a real life experience of watching a more personable version of Perry Mason at work. We won the case and the subsequent appeal that has been life changing for me.

I am incredibly grateful to Mr. Brennan. I purchased a car from a franchised car dealership that had undisclosed accident damage and that misrepresented that the car had no collision history. I was shocked and upset when I discovered the accident damage and didn't know if there was anything I could d...o. Mr. Brennan and everyone in his office have been so helpful when I had questions and just genuinely kind to me. The case ended up going to trial, and a jury awarded me four times the purchase price of the car. They definitely did a wonderful job with my case, and were also emotionally supportive to their stressed out client (me). I can't thank Mr. Brennan and his office enough for protecting me.

I'm one of the individuals who had the privilege of meeting Mr. Brennan outside of a professional/business environment. Bumping into each other at different salsa dancing venues throughout the years, opened the door for a lot of opportunities to get to know Bob. As the years went by, we developed a f...riendship that ended up being much more valuable to me than I could have imagined. My family was sued by an entity that we had never met or had any contact with. A third party "allegedly borrowed" the entity's money and never paid it back. The entity started to sue as many people as possible...and unfortunately my family was pulled into this mess. I approached Bob about the situation and he immediately starting protecting us. Not only legally, but personally/emotionally. This was the first (and hopefully the last) time we have experienced being sued and our levels of stress were off the charts. Aside from the obvious fear of the unknown, we were extremely worried as our family name would be tainted by the Plaintiffs erroneous and false accusations (we are one of those "old school" people who believe that our name is of utmost importance). This all went on for well over a year. The levels of stress were such, that even though a plane ticket to visit my dying grandmother was purchased by my father, he had to be rushed to the ER in two different occasions in the week he was supposed to fly. Needless to say, my father was not able to see his own mother before she passed. Bob took MANY opportunities to sit down with us, and explain that our mental and emotional health is far more important than anything else. He took every opportunity to help calm our nerves...even on his own personal time. The Law offices of Robert F. Brennan worked diligently throughout the entire time. (well past the point of discovery in which our innocence was proven). Bob tried to reason with the Plaintiffs attorney in having our family dropped from the lawsuit. They refused, so Bob went directly to the court. Bob and the other defendants attorney were able to get the case dismissed (which, from what I have learned...that is not a very easy thing to do). I can not speak well of Mr. Brennan without also speaking well of Mr. Bichler (a.k.a. "BB") who I believe to be Bob's right hand man. I had the opportunity of working side by side with Mr. Bichler (who is an extremely correct and just individual). It is very refreshing, in a world where attorney's have such a negative reputation, to work with people who are truly interested in protecting the innocent and upholding the truth. As you can all tell, I am not only focusing my attention on Mr. Brennans legal knowledge and professionalism. That, without saying, is SUPERB and second to none! I've focused my energy on what is personally important to me...and that is the person that Mr. Brennan is. I highly recommend Bob and his team...and please know that this review would have been written regardless of the outcome of the case. I believe that It is not only about the destination, but about the journey as well. We are people of prayer and we know that Bob and his team were an answer to our prayers.

Bob Brennan is a very knowledgeable and conscientious attorney. He gives attorneys a good name because of his honesty, his desire for justice, his willingness to stick his neck out for the little guy, and his hard work. He is one of the most successful litigators out there, routinely winning cases a...gainst major corporations that have committed fraud against the "little guy" (and getting recognized with the Super Lawyer award many years running because of this track record) - leveling the playing field and giving the little guy a fighting chance for justice. From my observation, he wins because he does his homework, and he genuinely cares about advocating for his client and doing the best job he can do. I go to him for legal advice when I need it, and I trust it because I know he has thought through the various consequences, he is not just giving me a glib answer. He has gone an extra mile for me on several occasions, giving me more than I asked for, demonstrating his care for doing what he does well, and wanting to make sure I got the result that I needed.
