I am an attorney specializing in business and complex personal injury litigation since 1988. I began my career by representing doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice cases in Brentwood, California. I also represented many Los Angeles based businesses in litgation and transactional matters. I represent plaintiffs in medical malpractice and complex personal injury cases in all of the counties of Southern California. I handle business litigation and business transaction matters. My business clients have included Deluxe Digital Media, Manhattan Beach Studios, Montage, LLC, MCW Fuels, Inc, Wells Fargo, TM Motion Picure Equipment Rentals, Inc Bear Valley Health Care Disctrict, LA Digtial, Inc and many other companies. I like the challege of complicated cases. My experience in the court room certainly has helped my transactional law practice. I have seen many contracts tested in the court room. I have practiced in 15 states to handle a variety of product liability cases. My cases have been reported in professional publications and in national media. I have moved my practice to Corona where I am raising my family. My current practice includes clients in the following counties: Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties. I am assisted by my partner Marc Hurd, our associates and staff.
