I have exclusively practiced immigration law for the past 18 years. Replied last September 21, 2016Thank you for your review, BUT (1) We do not see your name in our list of clients and we keep a computerized database of all our clients from the past 16 years of practice; (2) We have not lost any such cases with clients in detention so the facts you describe do not match the experiences of any client/case we have ever handled; and (3) we did have a client whom I believe you may be referring to, but we withdrew from the case months before the final asylum hearing due to a breakdown in communications, so if the case was subsequently handled by another attorney and denied by the judge, I am sorry to hear that, but I do wish you and that client the very best of luck and success in all your endeavors.
