I strive to be our clients' trusted legal advisor, a member of their team committed to the task of helping them grow their business, protecting their assets and giving them peace of mind to enjoy what they do. We are not focused on our bottom line. Rather, we are focused on getting the best result for our clients that they want and need. If it's a contract review that takes 1 hour or a complex business transaction that takes 3 months, we are committed to working on both (and everything in between) diligently, professionally and efficiently. When a client reaches a goal or milestone because of our involvement, strategic counsel and advice, we are buoyed by that success as if it were our own.
Outside of the office, I love spending quality time with family and friends, building Legos, watching movies, floating in the pool, playing video and board games, going hiking, and enjoying great California wines.
