Robyn Carole Santucci

Robyn C. Santucci has more than a decade of experience working exclusively in family . Santucci specializes in divorce, domestic violence, child and spousal support, and other family law litigation, as well as regularly consulting for clients in mediation. Prior to joining Phillips Lerner in 2006, Ms. Santucci worked as an associate with the highly regarded San Francisco law firm, Hersh FamilyLaw Practice, where she litigated and collaborated on all aspects of diverse family law matters, from complex high-asset marital dissolutions to precedent-setting custody an intern for Senator (now Vice President) Joseph Biden, Jr., Ms. Santucci also served as a judicial extern for two San Francisco Family Court Commissioners. Ms. Santucci served as a legal intern for the San Francisco Office of the District Attorney in the domestic violence addition, Ms. Santucci served as the Chairperson of the Bay Area Young Family Lawyers Group from 2004 to 2005 and was a member of the San Francisco and Marin County Bar Associations. Ms. Santucci offered her expertise as a volunteer family law attorney for the San Francisco Volunteer Legal Services Program from 2001 to 2005. Ms. Santucci is currently a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and Los Angeles County Bar Association, Family Law Sections, and has recently served as a pro bono attorney for Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law.
