Exemplary in Performance, Excellence in Human Relations. A Rarity indeed !

Stacy Tolchin was referred by a number of well-respected lawyers in both the Orange and Los Angeles areas who refused to accept our immigration case either because in their views, it was "too complex" or "did not stand a chance with INS". For the few who expressed interests, their first demand was f...or us to deposit with them thousand of dollars even before the in-person consultation. Within the hour of receiving our email, Stacy positively responded to our inquiry and outlined the case's strategy, which was thoroughly explaint to us at the in-person consultation with her and her staff attorney. From that moment onward, our case proceeded with incredible ease and simplicity. In fact, we were delighted beyond words when the case received positive response from INS and the application for permanence residency in the U.S was subsequently approved after our brief in-person interview by US Immigration Officer. This "difficult immigration case" that was rejected by over 1/2 dozen lawyers was brought to the finished line in less than one (1) year and the strategy for the case happened the way that both Stacy and her staff attorney, Johanna anticipated. Aside from being an outstanding advocate for her clients, Stacy Tolchin and her staff attorney are two of the most compassionate individuals we have encountered in the world of complex words and rules. They are not only the best in their fields but are rarities indeed. Stacy Tolchin et als. come highly recommended and would always have our trusts and businesses.

Incredibly Responsive in a Difficult Situation. Two Thumbs Up!

Stacy was referred to me through some of the "Big Boy" law firms as she deals with criminal immigration. The case was specific to my son and some of the actions that he had taken. Criminal Immigration is incredibly complex as there are multiple issues to deal with that could adversely affect someone ...for the rest of their life. Her response was absolutely amazing. When you type in "Criminal Immigration" you get tons of hits from the same law firms, but not one responded to my calls or emails. Stacy responded to my emails in seconds - that's no exaggeration. We had a 45 minute consult where we discussed all of the strategies from worst case to best case scenarios. Oddly enough, the worst case scenario did not seem that bad once she explained all of the options available to us. She did not ask for any type of retainer going forward unless we had a worst case scenario and she also asked me to just send her any other pertinent information so she could have it for her records. Incredibly empathetic to our situation, but completely put us at ease. She puts the human side back into being a lawyer.

Excellent

I recently hired Stacy Tolchin to assist in a petition to get my spouse a Green Card. She provided excellent representation from the beginning. Stacy made sure we understood the process from start to finish, and what to expect. She was happy to answer our questions and concerns throughout. Her staff ...is also wonderful and a pleasure to work with. We recommend Stacy without hesitation to our friends and family for representation in immigration matters.
