The Best Immigration Lawyer!

Stacy Tolchin, Yadira and the entire staff were amazing handling my daughter's immigration case which was quite complicated. My daughter overstayed in the U.S. and I thought it was a hopeless case, but Stacy knew a way to get it done, she reassured and communicated with us throughout the entire proce...ss and made it happen. She found a way to make it all work out. She is highly knowledgeable and able to handle the most complicated cases. I am so grateful to have found Stacy! Thank you!!

From deportation proceeding to a green card

I was in deportation proceedings since 2009. And in 2013 I met Stacy . Having long criminal record complicated things even more. DHS was insisting that based on my record I am deportable. And they were right And we went to trail. That’s when Stacy showed hew brilliance . She was not only able to con...vince the court to grant me canceltion of removal, she was also able to get me adjustment of status granted . I not only got the green card back that day, I got the opportunity to apply for citizenship after my probation expires. The result that I personally didn’t even dream about. Last , but not least, unlike other attorneys I met in this field, Stacy is an unbelievably human. She was able to comfort my wife that was scared out of her mind. Without any promises she did her job and kept my family together . No words can describe how much I appreciate what she did. If anyone ever needs to go to war in immigration court, Stacy should be your general. Besides being an unbelievable up to date expert, she also stays on top of all the pending and closed immigration cases. Which is really helpful in her fights . If anyone ever needs at immigration guru , your Guru is Stacy Tolchin with great team of assistants.

ATTORNEY WITH A CARING HEART

Both me and my husband have filed our application with US immigration in 1996. Our case was supposely a very simple case but turn out to be very complicated due to the errors of our previous attorneys have made. We been thru court hearings and have changes 6 different attorneys during the process. It... was very stressful and devastating. All other attorneys we have consulted who claimed they are specialized in the 9th circuit court cases have told us that our case was close to zero hope.  We were getting so close to give up our application until we met Stacy in 2011. She was our last hope. I remembered our 1st meeting with Stacy. She is very professional. She patiently explained and covered all the consequences that we need to know on our case. She also lead us thru every step of the progress and follow thru our case very closely. None of attorney we have hired before, take care of our case liked Stacy has. It was a long...long battle for us...19 years; when Stacy told us our case was approved and we finally received our green cards in 9/2015, it was more of a shock than joy. It's unbelieveable!!  Here I want to say again ...'”THANK YOU VERY MUCH STACY.... THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND YOUR GREAT TEAM!!”

Thank you for your efforts

We were referred to Stacy Tolchin by another local attorney who told us that based on the information we provided him regarding my case, Stacy would probably be the only one that could get the desired results. How right he was! Over the almost six years we dealt with her and her associates, she never... once gave up her efforts to try to help me to become a Citizen of this great Country. And, while I admit there were times when I thought this would never happen, Stacy never stopped reviewing court decisions that could positively effect effect my case and allow me to file nor naturalization. Almost to the day, five years after our initial interview, Stacy e-mailed us to give us the good news that she had found the precedent we were hoping for in a recent court decision which then allowed us to go forward with my application for naturalization. At this point Stacy really went to work to get all the documentation prepared to allow my application to be approved. She continuously followed up to insure that the Department of Homeland Security and all the other agencies involved in this process had all the required documentation. When it came time for the initial hearing she reviewed all the possible questions that could be posed with me, and even gave me a practice Citizenship Test. Because of a scheduling conflict, and since I did not want to reschedule my interview, she asigned one of her associates, Megan Brewer, to accompany me to the hearing. I immediately felt comfortable with Megan, because I knew that if she worked with Stacy, she would do and outstanding job on my behalf. Her advice during the hearing and subsequently for additional information I needed to provide, was professional and to the point. As a result of Stacy's and her diligent and capable work, I was notified that I would be sworn in as a naturalized citizen, on Flag Day, 2016. Through this long process I found Stacy, as well as her entire staff to be extremely professional, forthright and caring to the point that all of them sent congratulatory notes when I received news. I read some of the reviews written about Stacy Tolchin, and the one thing that comes up over and over again is "....an Attorney Above and Beyond...". No truer words have ever been written, and we Thank you Stacy Tolchin.

The Best

My wife and I hired Stacy Tolchin back in 2011. We found her and her team to be exceptional. Ours was a complicated case, which Stacy took on with the utmost persistence, professionalism, and impressive understanding of immigration law. Five years ago my fiance (now wife) was detained by Homeland ...Security at LAX, accused of abusing the Visa Waiver program, her passport confiscated, given ten days probation to leave the country. After explaining the situation in a call to my original immigration lawyer, we were referred to Stacy Tolchin. Under Stacy’s guidance, we moved our wedding up to immediately. Stacy was then able to retrieve my wife’s passport, and successfully guided us through a highly scrutinized and gruelling immigration process. I cannot say enough in regard to her knowledge of immigration law, her persistence, her professionalism. She and her team were outstanding in walking us through all of the processes, ensuring all our documentation was beyond sufficient, guided us through the interviews, and ensured a successful outcome. My wife just recently obtained her US citizenship.
