I was referred to stacy tolchin after winning a criminal reentry case in federal court.what we thought would be an eazy N600 application for citizenship quickly turned into a nightmare. we were thrown various curveballs by the sneaky Sidewinders at the ICE and DHS offices.ICE attempted to deport me e...ven though,I had the right to have my case reviewed by an immigration judge luckily,I had Stacy by my side. Stacy quickly moved and went to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals through her wide range of knowledge and experience in immigration law successfully got the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to Stay my order for removal.I was returned from the us-mexican border that afternoon and was placed at Adelanto Detention Center that was only the beginning of a two-year battle with ICE and the DHS. From the beginning Stacy guided me through the Labyrinth of immigration law. From the 9th circuit she got my case transferred to District Court(where I initially won the criminal reentry case) because of her knowledge and expertise of how courtrooms work she knew that would be the best route to take, I am glad to say that we are victorious over ICE and the DHS and I am now a United States citizen and she didn't have to resort to any unethical practices like ICE and the DHS did.
