Removal Proceedings got terminated and Multiple Form I-130 denied and today, 10/29/2018: I got APPROVED!

In any immigration case that you’ll encounter in your life you better not do it alone, GET A LAWYER AS GOOD AS STACY TOLCHIN! I have learned it in a hard way, got denied multiple times. In 2015, I met an outstanding lawyer, and that is Stacy Tolchin and her team. Her team went a...bove and beyond with my case and my late husband ’s. I have a very complicated case, and USCIS thought that my relationship with my late husband was a fraud and wasn't a bona fide marriage. We initially filed our case back in 2012 and met different lawyers, who merely wanted money or experience. Moreover, my late husband filed Form I-130 three to four times, repetitively denied, another one was approved, re-opened and USCIS intended to deny our case again. Furthermore, when I met Stacy, I was on removal proceedings, and she’s successfully battled the case and had the removal proceeding terminated. Today is a remarkable day for my kids, I, and my late husband; and for sure his soul will be at peace. Not only impressive, but Stacy gave light to our future. Because of Stacy’s expertise, she successfully convinced and sufficiently provided evidence that my late husband’s and I marriage was a bona fide one. Today, they have converted the Form-I-130 to I-360. I got approved! The officer subjectively mentioned that he would approve my case my Form-I485, once they receive my medical exam. My case was a complicated case; we’ve been battling to get approval for six years. Stacy sufficiently supplemented every concern that the USCIS have. Further, every time I talk to her, she makes me feel that everything will be ok, will pour confidence in me, and will lift my self-esteem. She always has answers to all my queries. I want to thank you for all your help, I know it is not over yet, but today we found our silver lining. I highly recommend Stacy Tolchin and her team special mention to Yadira who went above and beyond as well. Stacy's team is so professional with outstanding performance. They will fight for you until the end, and they are the experts in complicated cases. Nothing is impossible with Stacy’s intelligence and ability! She will be my forever immigration lawyer! I love you, Stacy Tolchin! Cristina V.

The Best Immigration Lawyer!

Stacy Tolchin, Yadira and the entire staff were amazing handling my daughter's immigration case which was quite complicated. My daughter overstayed in the U.S. and I thought it was a hopeless case, but Stacy knew a way to get it done, she reassured and communicated with us throughout the entire proce...ss and made it happen. She found a way to make it all work out. She is highly knowledgeable and able to handle the most complicated cases. I am so grateful to have found Stacy! Thank you!!

Superb and world class Immigration lawyer!

Stacy Tolchin was our lawyer for the immigration Visa process. Before hiring Stacy we were contemplating to handle the process by ourselves. However as our case was complicated, we are so thankful that we did not choose this path but decided to have Stacy supporting us, something we do not regret. ... Stacy Tolchin simply is a world class immigration lawyer. She knows everything about immigration law, Stacy is extremely competent, efficient, and thorough beyond anyone else we know. Apart from these attributes, Stacy also sincerely takes a personal interest and care in her clients. Stacy is a person who listened to us -- who understood our fear and listened to our concerns without showing any frustration, on the contrary Stacy always took time to thoroughly explain each step on the way for us. Stacy Tolchin is assisted by a staff that wonderfully resonates with her values and integrity. Stacy made our love story and journey possible, and we are forever grateful for her services. Our soon to be born baby girl, will echo our words of gratitude and recognize the new found friendship to Stacy and her team.

Impressive, Smart & Sincere

Attorney Tolchin was instrumental in helping us through the naturalization process. She is incredibly knowledgeable as to how the system works, yet she is truly passionate about seeing her clients treated fairly. Her thoroughness during the initial prep of the citizenship application was quite impre...ssive. I don't think we would have had the positive results that we had without her. Can't rave enough about this attorney's effectiveness!

Above and beyond an attorney

I was referred to stacy tolchin after winning a criminal reentry case in federal court.what we thought would be an eazy N600 application for citizenship quickly turned into a nightmare. we were thrown various curveballs by the sneaky Sidewinders at the ICE and DHS offices.ICE attempted to deport me e...ven though,I had the right to have my case reviewed by an immigration judge luckily,I had Stacy by my side. Stacy quickly moved and went to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals through her wide range of knowledge and experience in immigration law successfully got the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to Stay my order for removal.I was returned from the us-mexican border that afternoon and was placed at Adelanto Detention Center that was only the beginning of a two-year battle with ICE and the DHS. From the beginning Stacy guided me through the Labyrinth of immigration law. From the 9th circuit she got my case transferred to District Court(where I initially won the criminal reentry case) because of her knowledge and expertise of how courtrooms work she knew that would be the best route to take, I am glad to say that we are victorious over ICE and the DHS and I am now a United States citizen and she didn't have to resort to any unethical practices like ICE and the DHS did. From the beginning my case was no easy task but Stacy didn't flinch not once. Stacy is experienced, knowledgeable, professional but most important honest and caring Stacy went above and beyond for me and my family as I am sure she does for every client.
