Mr. Davis Vincent, was God sent. I am so greatful to this law firm, on 2014 my grand daughter was removed from my care. I was told by DCFS that I would never recover her because of a fradulant case opened against me on 2000. Mr Davis fought hard and was able to bring my child home for good. Mr. Davis... also did my adoption in 2018. The social worker kept hiding documents, that slowed my case, and asking that I hire a lawyer she had for me and if I didn't my adoption will go very slow....Because of so much curruption, unethical and deceive from the worker, I almost lost my case. Fillings were not given to the judge, on our last court hearring the representative for DCFS was shoutting to the top of her lungs...that I was not represented and should not be permitted to sit with them, Mr. Davis at first opportunity held my arm, asked for me to stand up and showed the judge the fillings and to our surprise ...the judge was not aware of them. He then proceeded to anounce that he was my lawyer and " yes, I was represented". We won! My child will never have to shed a tear or be afraid she is home safe with me. Thank you God for leading me to Attorney Vince Davis. He is one of the good guys. I couldn’t hire him due to financial reasons. But, I did meet with him, and communicated with him on several subsequent occasions, even while I was at court on the day of my CPS trial. To make things worse, my c...ourt appointed attorney was changed one day before the trial, and this new attorney had no witnesses or exhibits to give to the judge on the day of trial. I contacted the Law Office of Vincent W. Davis. I met with and have come to trust Mr. Davis. The area of "dependency" is full of snakes and sharks from every angle. My DCFS matter morphed into a criminal campaign against me. Luckily VWD accepted me as a client. Another attorney from a different law... firm told me not to waste money on a dependency case because that arena is a "kangaroo court." He was right, but I needed HELP! I can unequivocally say, that DCFS and the County of Los Angeles filed a frivolous criminal complaint against me as a pretext to undermine any future civil litigation I pursue against them. Mr. Ziselman exhibits comfort & ease in the courtroom, definitely from years of experience. Not pretentious or showy like the prosecutors, but that is a sign of confidence, versus prosecutorial arrogance. Excellent argument skills, eloquent, quite impressive. Very focused and doesn't bite when the prosecutors make shiny empty commentary. Likable guy eventually, but likely jaded by the life of criminal defense clients. Straightforward, doesn't want to paint false hope, sort of modest. But, if you want to go the distance, he won't back down. A judge admitted his intention to rule against me (us) before a trial, but ultimately had to dismiss the jury after Mr. Ziselman arguments based on the experience of the VWD Firm. Do NOT underestimate the extreme importance of hiring a lawyer with subject matter expertise. Vincent Davis & Assoc. are the experts in their field. And as free advice, DO NOT TRUST any attorney from Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers (LADL) - a private attorney is the way to go.

I hired Mr. Davis over a situation with CPS where it seemed they were trying to create a situation that would allow them to take my child. Reading and doing my research on CPS and their corruption i knew i had to get a lawyer in case they did try something. I was looking for attorneys specific to CPS... cases and came across him. Mr.Davis got back to me on a Sunday, a day I know he doesn’t work, and took on my case and started looking into it before he was even paid which really gave me peace of mind being that i was so stressed out over this. I came to his office , with my 8 month old and that wasn’t a problem to him, we discussed my situation further. We ended up having a meeting with CPS, he already knew the attorney, he was very knowledgeable in everything that was discussed and i left there feeling so much more peaceful about my situation. Attorneys Vince Davis, Denise Adagin and The Law Offices of Vincent W Davis and Associates represent me in my CPS case. They have done an outstanding job. I now have weekends and over nights visits with my children, and I am very close to having them returned home full time. This Easter weekend has... been the best gift of all with them here at home with me. We went to the beach yesterday and are going to celebrate Easter without my mother or a monitor. In court my lawyers had to fight against the social worker and her attorney; the children's attorney; the father and his attorney; and finally had to fight off my mother and her attorney who are trying to steal my kids from me! My lawyers showed up for the 2 day trial on my 388 petition, and everyone caved. We had our witnesses lined up (about 5), and our exhibits for court already organized into a book. Vince Davis even arranged to have 2 expert witnesses testify on my behalf. A former CPS social worker and a psychologist. The CPS expert was going to tell the judge how my CPS worker and her supervisor weren't following proper county and state procedures; and the psychologist performed an evaluation on me, and was going to testify that I was not crazy. My CPS worker was trying to make that a new issue, where it never was never an issue before. We beat them too the punch! I don't know what the CPS social will come up with next, I don't know what the children's attorney will say next, and I don't know what my mother will try to do next.
