Vincent Walter Davis

Mr. Davis Vincent, was God sent. I am so greatful to this law firm, on 2014 my grand daughter was removed from my care. I was told by DCFS that I would never recover her because of a fradulant case opened against me on 2000. Mr Davis fought hard and was able to bring my child home for good. Mr. Davis... also did my adoption in 2018. The social worker kept hiding documents, that slowed my case, and asking that I hire a lawyer she had for me and if I didn't my adoption will go very slow....Because of so much curruption, unethical and deceive from the worker, I almost lost my case. Fillings were not given to the judge, on our last court hearring the representative for DCFS was shoutting to the top of her lungs...that I was not represented and should not be permitted to sit with them, Mr. Davis at first opportunity held my arm, asked for me to stand up and showed the judge the fillings and to our surprise ...the judge was not aware of them. He then proceeded to anounce that he was my lawyer and " yes, I was represented". We won! My child will never have to shed a tear or be afraid she is home safe with me. At First I was speechless, those who know me know this is rare. So even though my trial is up and coming soon, I couldn’t keep quiet after reading some of reviews about attorney Vincent W Davis. Now I want to choose my words carefully knowing how delicate most cases brought to Mr. Davis or his fi...rm are. Everyone is most likely desperate, scared, angry and/or confused, just as I was. Here's some insight from someone who has seen firsthand what Mr. Davis(The Best of the Best), Kree Iraldo(Mr. Davis's Legal Assistant), and receptionist in the office are capable of in last min situations. A complete turnaround in court, amazing results for a few friends I've referred to Mr. Davis. First client Mr. Davis walked and completely turned her case completely around. She left that day with full custody, her ex-husband having only visitation and also stopped adoptions last min. My boyfriend found Mr. Davis online. I Felt immediately this is who should represent me in court. I spoke to Mr. Davis late at night before court the next day. He was in trial but made sure someone was there first thing in the morning. My personal recommendation if you want the best is to ask for Mr. Davis to represent you from the get-go. You should kindly make it perfectly clear with the office that you want Mr. Davis from the beginning. I had issues myself thinking Mr Davis was going to represent me. As soon as I brought it to their attention, the office staff had Mr. Davis call me immediately. From what I've witnessed Mr. Davis works 24/7 and wholeheartedly takes pride in his work. The rest of his firm does as well. Mr. Davis had a major family emergency and at the last minute had to send Attorney Bob Granieri to my 6M review. Mr. Davis reassured me I'd be in good hands. He was right this gentleman knew his stuff. After reading reports before and speaking with me briefly he knew cps's recommendation were absolutely ridiculous. He also confirmed it is very rare to see someone with my past come so far in a short time and compassionately told me something I'll never forget. Not knowing everyone situation, my friends he's represented and myself are recovering addicts. I've always been a pretty honest person. Most of us feel entitled. I know I did. There's a lot of lies, deceit, damage, and destruction we cause ourselves in our addiction and If you are trying to beat the system and not be clean/sober or not following the case plan or , most of all, being completely dishonest with God and yourself you can't blame Mr. Davis. I've heard many stories of people crying that they still haven't received their visits or that their case is not closed. It frustrates me, but more importantly makes me so sad that I come to find out they were using the whole time; especially when there are those of us who do everything and are still the same. Now that’s not speaking from a case with Mr. Davis but a group outside. Though, there's still no right to pass judgement. I've got 3 fingers back at myself.I’m far from perfect and my past is my past. I pray to try my hardest and best everyday to not make the same mistakes. Honestly looking back with almost 1 yr clean, I wasn't even sure myself if I could do it. I didn't think it was possible for me to live a life with out narcotics. Now I know the only way for me to continue living life is with out narcotics, thanks to God, my loved ones, and Mr. Davis believing in me. Mr. Davis fighting and getting me home with my baby and me knowing my past I believe is a huge contributing factor and one of reasons I've been able to stay clean a day at a time. I've recommended Mr Davis to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Real soon there will be follow up reviews from family and friends after my trial. Because I've chosen to lift my eyes off of my circumstances and look to God to show me the path to victory. Kern county has been served by Mr. Davis' Law firm! Stephanie Davis is just stellar in every way. She represented me and helped re-place my prospective Adoptive child in my home after CPS ripped him away from me using false allegations! We proved 'em wrong, much love to you Stephanie, Vincent, oh y...eah and Kree is also the greatest paralegal. You all are awesome. Office communication is good but receptionists could be more consistent. Some receptionists are exellent, others not so much, but we got the job done!

I heard and saw on the Internet that attorney Vincent Davis was supposed to be one of the best at these DCFS / CPS cases. Department of Children and Family Services, and Child Protective Services. I live in Arizona case was in Los Angeles County, California. I drove to meet Davis at his office... in California. He listened to my story, and he said I thought he could help me. And he did. He developed a masterful legal strategy, then asked his associate Stephanie Davis to help because DCFS was really putting the pressure on and really trying to steal my son from me. It was a long hard battle. I even began to doubt Mr. Davis. But he told me not to give up, and you know what we just won the case! My son just arrived back in Arizona and is with our family. Thank God, because this evil, and I mean evil, social worker wanted my child to be adopted by strangers in Los Angeles. I've seen Internet reviews about Davis, mostly good; some bad. I asked him about the bad ones and he explained to me that it's hard to win every case, no attorney wins every case. And he was honest with me, when he wins he's a hero; and when loses he's a zero. But he guaranteed me, win or lose, he'd fight the good fight. And he did fight the good fight, and we won. My son is so precious to me and my family and I can only thank the Lord that I meet attorneys Vincent Davis and Stephanie Davis. Just one more thing. They accomplished this in approx. 3 months, what 3 other law firms couldn't do in 2 years!!
