There aren't many moments in this life, where all hope has faded. When all the odds are stacked against you somehow, when only you know deep within, that all this must be some kind of hoax. How could I be facing FALSE allegations, and not have the opportunity to voice your explanation or situatio...n! How dare the Social Workers take your interview questions and twist them to incriminate you?! What is the motive behind all of this nonsensical verbage, being misconstrued? I didn't have HOPE when I walked into Mr. Davis' office... only a cry for help! Within a few moments into my complete story, I know I didn't even get to the part describing my accusations... nevermind having to explain myself, or defend myself. Mr. Davis asked me a few questions that kept me focused on logical facts. His expertise in knowing how to sort through the emotional tidal wave I was experiencing, was beyond phenomenal! I can tell you this... if you feel as if you have just been tossed into a sea of hurricane uncertainties... you can rest assured, that once Mr. Davis looks at your circumstances; you will immediately be lifted into the RESCUE CHOPPER! You don't have to feel alone or drown in the confusion of public representation at court! I highly recommend you call Mr. Davis immediately, to avoid the strain that I endured! I thought I could take care of my case alone! It was my first time experiencing Juvenile Court! Yet I felt that the case was total bullshit to begin with! Before I knew it, just when I thought the case was closing... TWO NEW FALSE ALLEGATIONS out of nowhere! Thank the Heavens I turned to Mr. Davis when I did... And now I have the letter from DCFS stating that the referral for the allegations have been closed and were found Inconclusive and Unfounded! This would have NEVER happened, if I had not had his presence during the investigations and individual meetings conducted through DCFS! HE GAVE ME A FIGHTING CHANCE! HE GAVE ME THE ABILITY TO GET MY LITTLE BOYS BACK! I am forever grateful in every way... for the services he provided for my family! And done so eloquently and flawless, I know the level of skill to perform on this plane is nothing short of MASTERY! Thank You! For gracing me with your YEARS of talent, and taking this burden from my life! I am so anxious to move forward! Infinite Love and Gratitude!

All attorneys are NOT the same. Having been involved in 2 big trials in the last 2 years, I now understand what my attorney, Vince Davis has told me and that is that all attorneys have a license to practice law. But what differentiates trial lawyers is training and experience. I watched Vince win th...e first trial and I picked up on certain elements of his training in that trial but I really didn’t appreciate that training and experience as I felt, yeah, he’s good at what he does but we should’ve won anyway and we did! In this second trial, a much bigger case and probably the most important case of my life, I listened to Vince in the court room, watched him implement a strategy and watched him predict exactly what the jury was going to do. It was amazing! At one point, I seriously felt the opposing attorney was winning but Vince reassured me that everything would be alright as I was almost gasping for air. Vince skillfully questioned each witness with calm and grace. It was truly a skill that he’s developed and he damn good at it! As Vince stood in front of the jury giving his closing, he said he connected with the jurors as he has been taught by one of his mentors, Gerry Spence and we won! My advice is don’t go to trial with a lawyer that doesn’t at least have 20 years of trial experience AND a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College with the Trojan Horse Method of Trial Lawyers training. Vince tells me all the time, all attorneys know the law, but not all attorneys have the formal Training and Experience.
