Biography
Mr. Davis obtained is Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.
Mr. Davis has been a member of the California State Bar since December 1986.
Mr. Davis is also eligible to practice law before the United States District Court for the Central District of California; the United States District Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Davis acted as both trial and appellate counsel in the published cases of: Marriage of David and Martha M., (2006) 140 96 and Papakosmas v. Papakosmas, (2007) 483 F.3d 617.
On January 8, 2008, Mr. Davis received a diploma from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. In 2008, he became a member of the Ranch Club- Trial Lawyers College. He was one of 50 lawyers selected nationwide to live, for 22 days on Gerry Spence's Thunderhead Ranch just outside of Dubois, Wyoming.
Mr. Davis is the founder and lead attorney of the Law Offices of Vincent W. Davis & Associates. Since 1986, Mr Davis' practice cover all areas of law including family law, juvenile dependency, probate, civil litigation, contracts, immigration, entertainment law and criminal defense.
Mr. Davis and his associates represent clients going through divorce and handle issues such as child custody and visitation, child support and spousal support and division of property.
At Vincent W. Davis & Associates we also handle domestic violence, paternity, adoption matters, civil litigation matters, real estate matters and all criminal matters.
Mr. Davis hosts a weekly radio show on The Secret: How to Fight CPS & Win KPAC 790 AM Talk Radio Saturdays 7-9pm .
A majority of the associate attorneys and staff members are bilingual and fluent in various languages such as Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese, Armenian, and Russian. Mr. Davis provides direct supervision to ten (10) associate attorneys in his firm.

Best attorney we ever had!
Vince Davis is the best! I hired Vince to sue CPS regarding my civil rights. Well, we won the case and got the checks today. Thanks God for Davis, he and his legal team was responsive and available through the case. Sometimes you have to sue CPS and teach them a lesson!

I hired Vince Davis to go to DCFS court to get my children back. He did just that. Then he sued the social worker and the county in federal court because they violated my civil rights. We won that for big $$$. As far as I'm concerned, he and his firm are the best in the game.
