Not pretentious or showy like the prosecutors, but that is a sign of confidence, versus prosecutorial arrogance. Excellent argument skills, eloquent, quite impressive. Very focused and doesn't bite when the prosecutors make shiny empty commentary. Likable guy eventually, but likely jaded by the life of criminal defense clients. Straightforward, doesn't want to paint false hope, sort of modest. But, if you want to go the distance, he won't back down. A judge admitted his intention to rule against me (us) before a trial, but ultimately had to dismiss the jury after Mr. Ziselman arguments based on the experience of the VWD Firm. Do NOT underestimate the extreme importance of hiring a lawyer with subject matter expertise. Vincent Davis & Assoc. are the experts in their field. For the last nine months Vincent W. Davis and Associates have been assisting me with my legal battles. One being a juvenile case and the other a long standing criminal case that came at a surprise.
