I had the opportunity of using attorneys from one of largest law firm in the United States. However, upon talking with that lawyer, I quickly realized that big law firms do not give you the one-one-one, personal touch that Susan gave me. She listened to my case and personally handled it. This is very important as some lawyers will only make their legal assistants to handle your case (some legal assistants are actually very competent and good). Even after approval of my NIW, Susan continued to go over and above and gave me several additional legal advice at no cost. Now, I am expecting my interview letter for the adjustment of status to permanent resident. Without Susan's dedication and effort, my life would have been messed up. This is because I was already out-of-status on my F-1 OPT. My whole life depended on the approval and success of the NIW RFE. Within two weeks of sending the response, USCIS approved my NIW. I was very pleasantly surprised that they would approve so quickly. Susan wrote a very compelling argument and proved my case beyond any reasonable doubt based on the three-pronged test of the precedent Dhanasar case. We supported my application with five reference letters and other supporting documentations. I was very happy with the whole experience. I couldn't have chosen a better representation. I know of my colleagues with the same credentials as me (Masters, PhD) who got their NIW RFE denied because of the sloppy lawyer they got.
