SHALL I WAIT UNTIL USCIS RESPONDS ON MY CASE ABOUT HAVING MISTAKES IN MY STEM OPT APPLICATION?
1) WHEN THEY ASKED ABOUT THE OFFICE TO WHICH I PREVIOUSLY APPLIED FOR MY OPT, I ENTERED PHOENIX INSTEAD OF POTOMAC SERVICE CENTER AND ALSO I ENTERED THE DATE ON WHICH I SENT OUT THE APPLICATION INSTEAD OF THE START DATE OF MY FIRST OPT, UNKNOWINGLY.
2) I ENTERED EIN INSTEAD OF E-VERIFY OF MY EMPLOYER. AND I ENTERED THE NAME OF THE EMPLOYER WITH ,P.C. AT THE END BUT LATER FOUND OUT THAT IN E-VERIFY THERE ARE NO PUNCTUATION MARKS IN MY EMPLOYER'S NAME BUT JUST PC AS LAST PART.
3) I SENT MY TRANSCRIPTS INSTEAD OF MY DIPLOMA/DEGREE.
I RECEIVED MY RECEIPT NUMBER ON APRIL 11, 2018 AND MY CURRENT EAD EXPIRES ON JUNE 18TH, 2018. I'M JUST WONDERING ABOUT WHETHER I NEED TO WRITE A LETTER TO USCIS ABOUT MY MISTAKES OR WAIT FOR AN RFE FROM THEM. AND PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE THAT THEY WILL DIRECTLY DENY MY CASE WITHOUT RFE AS I'M AFRAID OF THIS SCENARIO BECAUSE I CAN'T APPLY AGAIN AFTER MY CURRENT EAD EXPIRES. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW SERIOUS IS MY CASE AND YOUR SUGGESTIONS ABOUT NEXT STEPS. THANK YOU.

I do not believe the errors you mention are detrimental to your application as they seem fairly minor. Still, you should send USCIS a letter with the corrections (along with a copy of your receipt).
