David was appointed as my lawyer in a federal case in which I was accused of a scheme to defraud investors. The mere accusation nearly destroyed my business. David worked tirelessly to build my defense, he pulled together a terrific defense team who worked very hard. David was very upfront with the s...trengths and weaknesses of my case. But he never stopped fighting and pushed the government on the evidence and their claims against me. Although it took many years of work and waiting, David got the case against me dismissed. He is a lifesaver.

Mr. K was appointed to represent me in federal court. I made a dumb mistake and got into some trouble. Mr. K helped me through the case, even though I knew I was in the wrong. He still would not just let me plead guilty without looking at my case to make sure there was nothing else that could be done.... He explained everything so I understood and was there to help me each step of the way. I really felt all the time he was truly trying to protect my interests. I am very thankful Mr. K was my lawyer.

This attorney was assigned to me for a federal drug trafficking case about 7 years ago and did not do anything for me. He was impossible to get in touch with and came to see me only 2 times during the 5 months I was awaiting trail. I can't recommend this attorney to anyone who might want to take a criminal case to trial.
