Dedicated, Honest, and Incredibly Sharp

It was truly a privilege to work with Justin Lo, who I believe is one of the finest attorneys in the country. When I first called his office, he asked me a few key questions and quickly identified that we had a valid PAGA case. His sharp legal insight, honesty, and commitment to protecting his client...s' rights were immediately evident. After reviewing my documents, Justin filed the paperwork for a class action lawsuit within a few weeks. Throughout the process, he and his team were always available, responsive, and thorough in answering all my questions. He consistently demonstrated transparency and went above and beyond to protect not only my rights but also those of thousands of other employees. Justin made what could have been a complex and overwhelming legal process feel straightforward and manageable. He always took the time to explain the pros and cons of every situation, and on at least two or three occasions, he even returned my calls on weekends to address my concerns. I would definitely recommend Justin Lo for any employment law matters. He truly deserves a 5-star review and more for his professionalism, dedication, and compassion.

Highly recommend

It was my first experience requiring a lawyer, and Justin was very human about the whole situation. I was very anxious about the allegations against me, he met with me in under 20 minutes because he knew I had a lot of questions. During my experience, he laid out the options and mitigated a lot of po...tential damage. Overall, he is a great counselor and attorney.
