Ms. Burdette was cool as a cucumber when I explained my problems with my neighbor our common property line. When this old lady kept hurling insults at me across the fence and calling the cops to investigate my landscaping, I had enough. Ms. Burdette was able to show the neighbors attorney that the ...claims she was making against me were ridiculous and without merit. Ms. Burdette was able to get the old lady's attorney to convince her to drop the lawsuit because she could not win. This kept us out of the courts. Ms. Burdette saved me thousands of dollars in additional legal and court fees and protected my reputation from a vindictive neighbor.

Debra Burdette is an amazing attorney, I didn't think I had a chance at a motion to reconsider on child custody order, especially going in to ask this judge who already hated me to reconsider orders he had just made days before, and on top of that we were going to go in ex parte to make this request....... I called Debra on a Saturday and introduced myself, she met me in her office Sunday night at 5pm and stayed there with me until she knew my case like I did, which took several hours. She walked in that courtroom on Tuesday morning, and when she walked out...people in the courtroom were left thinking "wait..what just happened?" And time and time again I got to see that reaction left on the faces of the people she's come across. . She became far more than a lawyer to me...she's my close friend...someone Ive called crying to at night, or ranting and raving to about how much of a jerk my ex is after a child exchange at 5am.... She's amazing...She really cares about what she does and the families she represents, yet she's still tough enough to kick some a**...

I have worked as a legal assistant for Ms. Debra J. Burdette since January of this year, but I have known her for over five years. The previous comments are nothing short of shocking and I cannot comprehend how someone could think of Debra in this manner. Debra is one of the most loving, giving, trus...tworthy, and hard-working women I have ever met in my life. She puts everyone above herself and goes out of her way for the ones she loves and cares about, including her clients. I know her personally, I know her family personally, I know her friends personally, and most importantly, I know and work with her clientele. I have never met anyone who hasn’t loved Debra to pieces and who didn’t cherish her part in their lives. This is very much the case with her clients as well. Her clients have nothing but praise and gratefulness towards her and all the hard work she does for them in their cases. In closing, she is the definition of a competent, honest, and loyal attorney in every sense of the word. I have never worked for a better boss and I love and value my position in her law firm. By the way, to the person who wrote the below negative posting (and I have seen all the other garbage you have posted on other sites as well): We already have discovered that every post on every website like this has come from one individual. We are gathering additional information needed to identify, expose, and if need be, prosecute you. The ONLY way you could possibly redeem yourself is to remove these posts immediately.
