I got served by the father of my child for joint custody, he wanted us to share my daughter every other week, 7 days with him and 7 days with me. I didn't even know where to begin with this situation. I reached out to Ravi, we set ...up an appointment I provided all my paperwork and had some homework to do. We met a week later and he sent out our response. Ravi did it all the paperwork, the filing, even the talking for me when we were in court. He was even kind enough to arrange payment plans. The date of our court date- I was a little nervous, but Ravi kept reminding me "relax, this is what you're paying me for"- he was right. He presented all the exhibits, pictures, and even talked on my behalf. I did not want my daughter bouncing from house to house every 7 days, based on our work schedules it was in my daughter's best interest for her to stay with me. Our experience with Ravi began as we entered our 3rd trial date for custody of my stepson. We had spent thousands of dollars and sleepless nights with little to no results. went to court for my dvtro after i had already botched it. kept opposing counsel from using it to completely take away my custody. then came back a month later and won a dvtro against my ex. most recently i couldn't afford representation due to the bad financial state this whole divorce and custody... battle left me in.
