I was working with a Paralegel, whom was just doing a half Job. Stuart took my call on a day I was truely upset by my case. He was very attentive and quickly gained my trust with on the spot knowledge of the law, before I even paid him. I spoke to other lawyors and they were just worried about their... retainer. Stuart Bruers has represented me in three divorce proceedings. I have been impressed with his attention to detail. He wrote all briefs himself while I was there in the office, which allowed me to offer suggestions/edits. His knowledge of the Torrance court system and fellow attorneys is excellent.... His strength is his ability to negotiate compromises and settlements, and he writes excellent briefs. His only weakness is a tendency to be a bit rattled in the courtroom - a small problem for me because most of my affairs were handled outside court. I changed attorneys recently only over geographical issues.
