Mayasha Cholticha Christian

Mayasha Christian, is the principal and founder of M.C. Law, P.C. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is dedicated to shaping families into functional units, and to resolving conflict.

Born in Germany and moving to the United States at an early age, Ms. Christian has experienced various cultures and perceptions that shape our society today. She concentrates on the needs of each client. Listening to concerns and facts, Ms. Christian places her efforts on what is important to the client - to find a favorable resolution. It is believed that the most agreeable, cost effective, and child pleasing way to resolve legal issues is settling a case out of court by working with both parties in drafting an agreement. However, if an agreement cannot be reached, the settlement process serves as good preparation for a court hearing.

Ms. Christian is a graduate of University of California, Irvine (UCI), where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2006. In 2009, she obtained a Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) at the Mihaylo College of Business, emphasizing International Business and small business. Then, in 2012, she graduated from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School.

While attending the undergraduate program at UCI, she was president of the Thai Club and during law school she interned at Sixty Plus, Inc. Elderlaw Clinic.

Since passing the California Bar Exam in 2013 until November 2014 , Ms. Christian begin her legal career as an In-House Counsel for a local construction company. While this position helped fuse together her business background with her law degree, she did not have a sense of fulfillment and longed to make a difference in people’s lives. When watching a close friend go through a contentious custody battle, her passion for the field of family law blossomed. As of October 2014, the doors of M.C. Law, P.C. were open.

She is fluent in English and Thai (Conversational).
