Biography
Mr. Wagner is committed to handling employment matters involving racial, sexual, gender, disability, pregnancy, and other types of discrimination and harassment, as well disputes involving wage and hour claims, family and medical leave, and all other types of wrongful termination and employment disputes.
In addition to handling employment matters, Mr. Wagner has extensive experience in business matters. He handles complex cases involving breach of contract, fraud, interference with contractual relationships and prospective economic advantage, partnership disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair trade, defamation, negligent misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, and various other claims. Mr. Wagner also has extensive experience in general business consulting. Finally, Mr. Wagner has experience in personal injury and wrongful death claims, as well as complex product-defect claims.
In 2014, Mr. Wagner was recognized by Pasadena Magazine for “Top Attorneys.” In 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, Mr. Wagner was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers–Rising Stars Edition, an honor limited to only 2.5 % of the attorneys within California.
