She was very helpful!

Our son (with ADHD and mild Asperger's) was failing at school because he was not receiving the services and accommodation he was supposed to receive. The meetings with the school administration were extremely unprofessional and basically they said they cannot do more for my son. After Alison took our... case, we were able to modify his IEP to meet his needs, she was great and very helpful throughout the whole process. She is a wonderful advocate that truly understands what the families and kids go through especially in the current environment where the budgets are cut and the schools want to get rid of these kids if they cannot perform with minimal amount of services. I am glad I found her!

Great help during IEP annual meeting

Allison is extremely knowledgeable and you can see that right when you start talking to her. She helped us tremendously during our IEP meeting and without her help and expertise we would never have gotten the results we wanted and what was best for our child. If you are having any seconds thoughts ab...out hiring her don't, she will fight in a polite way for your child.

Extraordinary support !

Allison's unique background and qualifications, make her a superb resource for those parents in need of guidance and counseling to find the proper resources an accommodations for the education of their children. She helped us to maximize the educational benefits of our 7-year old and fought for him a...long the way. Allison is passionate for what she does and always go the extra mile to ensure the understanding of the process, the alternatives available and the expected outcome of each initiative. Based on the above, I highly recommend Allison's services to achieve the best results in your educational accommodation needs.

Knowledgeable and Successful

Ms. Hertog was very knowledgeable and professional. She successfully appealed the need for accommodations for our son to take the ACT exam. We would recommend her without hesitation.

Excellent Results!

Allison has been such a blessing to my family. After being denied twice by the College Board for accommodations for my sons, Allison diligently worked to successfully acquire the extra time they needed. She not only helped with the legal aspects of the process her knowledge on the challenges my sons... were facing were very comforting. She has gone above & beyond her services to ensure my sons received the accommodations they deserved. Thank you Allison we will be forever grateful and definitely will recommend you to anyone that needs your services.

"I endorse this lawyer. I hired Allison to represent my son in an action against our local public school system. As an attorney, I worked closely with Allison during the pendency of the case. Thanks to Allison, we were able to get the matter settled fairly quickly without going to hearing. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of this case, which would not have been possible without Allison's superlative legal skills and her knowledge of the educational system."
