She is admitted to practice in California, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Olivares is frequently asked to deliver presentations to groups of fellow attorneys on employment law topics such as mediating claims arising under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act and employee leave. She is an active participant in a variety of professional organizations. A member of the Diversity Outreach Committee of the California Employment Lawyers Association, Ms. Olivares is also a member of Consumer Attorneys of California and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
