Biography
Since 1997, my law pratice has specialized in the area of criminal defense, representing clients in a wide-range of charges from misdemeanors to serious violent felonies. My practice has included litigating lower court rulings by filing writs and/or appeals with California's Court of Appeal and/or Supreme Court. For the past 12 years, my practice has specialized in cannabis defense, representing clients accused of illegal cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, retail sales, among others. Since the November 8, 2016 passage of California's Proposition 64 aka the Adult-Use Act, my practice has expanded to assist clients with commercial cannabis licensing with both local and state authorities through-out California, as well as in other states with similar medicinal and/or adult-use laws.
