My results are excellent and will be shared at face-to-face consult with certified court minute orders that set forth actual charges brought and final outcome. It is misleading and verges on the uneth ... ical for attorneys to post 'wins' or other successful case results because it infers past results will translate to an unstoppable track record - a 'win' for your case. Unfortunately, the truth is each case has its own specific facts - rarely duplicated in another case. It is the overall skills of the attorney that must be analyzed which is not just posting 'win' but greater depth of case challenge and how the 'win' was achieved. It is my desire to build trust from the beginning through a meaningful discussion of the prospective client's case, its potential challenges and all possible defense solutions. Keep in mind initial consults are based upon the information known at time of consult. Until an attorney receives the charging document, police reports, search warrants, etc. (not usually possible at time of consultation), attorney's advice or opinion will be naturally limited to facts known at that time. After an attorney receives the case discovery, the advice and opinion may change. Another reason to be cautious about attorneys overstating their ability to achieve a particular result with your case if discovery has yet to be received. In closing here, keep an open mind - speak to a few attorneys before signing a retainer agreement. Attorneys are not all cut from the same cloth - not all from the same tribe. By interviewing a few attorneys, you will experience the difference and make a more informed final choice.
