Recently a very close friend got into some legal trouble involving a vehicle accident, and I found myself in the position of helping this friend who was now in need of a defense lawyer. He was hired for a family member. It seemed like all he was interested was the money. Because of that someone else s life got messed up. I guess he didn't want to look like total looser in the case. Claimed that the prosecutors fulled him and did not stick to the deal they offered. Well, you are th...e lawyer, we paid you lot of money, you should not let them do that, and if you do, I guess you are not who you claim to be. My point is: don't always think that more money will get you better defense.

At time were our son case is, Phil has been great. He communicate with us, doesn't cut cornor about anything. He can be hard on you at time, that Phil. That's what makes him a great lawyer.
