Recently a very close friend got into some legal trouble involving a vehicle accident, and I found myself in the position of helping this friend who was now in need of a defense lawyer. I had never dealt with a situation like this before. I knew Phil to be a nice guy who had a great reputation in his... line of work. Well, in this very difficult and troubling legal situation Phil proved his reputation in spades. Not only did Phil make himself available to us constantly from the very beginning, he also showed up in-person, explained the legal process to us and was very open and up-front about what to expect in working with him. He also provided invaluable insight about what to expect from the court, from a defendant’s perspective. Overall he spent several hours of his time with us and even met with the prosecuting attorney to discuss the charges. Most notably, all of this was done by Phil without a single actual charge for service. To me, this speaks volumes of Phil’s character and shows his very good faith intent to deliver what he promises. I could not have been more impressed.

He was hired for a family member. It seemed like all he was interested was the money. Because of that someone else s life got messed up. I guess he didn't want to look like total looser in the case. Claimed that the prosecutors fulled him and did not stick to the deal they offered. Well, you are th...e lawyer, we paid you lot of money, you should not let them do that, and if you do, I guess you are not who you claim to be. My point is: don't always think that more money will get you better defense.
