Recently, my neighbor submitted remodeling plans to the city planner. The proposed addition was going to block my ocean views and close in my backyard which would have undoubtedly compromised the comfort and value of my home. The city planner was not helpful and advised the plans follow city guidel...ines. I was alarmed at how nonchalant they were. I called Mr. Peterson desperate for guidance. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me some great advice. Mostly, he was there for me and gave me hope that the issue could be resolved. In the end we came to a great compromise. I highly recommend him to others in the same position trying to protest their views, property value, and the comfort of their homes.
