Estate planning is a process that requires regular review and revision to make sure you are organized as life changes through marraige, birth, inheritance, divorce, retirement and all the financial impacts of these life events. I regularly review your plan and update as necessary.

I primarily work with family run small and mid-sized companies forming corporations, limited lIability companys (LLCs), and partnerships; creating shareholder's agreements, contracts, licensing agreements, purchase and sale transactions and trademarks much like an in-house general counsel would do at a larger corporation. Because of my estate planning background I also handle business succession issues, transferring a family run business from one generation to the next.
