We were so fortunate to find Attorney Jeff Lewis to handle our case. An easement was requested by a company to install an equipment in our residential property. We knew the property value will be negatively affected and also fearful of the equipment . The only outcome acceptable to our family if the ...easement cannot be avoided is for the requesting company to exercise Eminent Domain and pay for the whole property.Our family lawyer advised us to seek a land use attorney and there were only four of them in the whole South Bay.
