I paid 500 to retain his services. For my sons criminal case we talked on the phone twice. He was supposed to visit my son in jail on Tuesday October 8th he never shows up. I reached out left voicemail aske for a call back I had some concerns he never called me back. I get a text message October 16 s...aying he went to jail they were on lockdown he couldn’t see my son. At that point I told him I did not want to proceed what is the refund policy. I also found out the jail was not on lockdown LIE number one. He text me said there is no refund because he talked to me on the phone, set up my sons file, & contacted his lawyer. As he’s texting all these lies as to why I can’t get my money back. I’m talking on the phone with my sons lawyer who said he NEVER.! Contacted her and she will sigh a written statement saying so. I spent 500 dollars to talk to him on the phone and in our text messages he actually text me lol like this is some kind of joke. He is a horrible human who prayied on my desperation to help my son. I will be filing a complaint with the state bar association.

This is your freedom we are talking about in many cases, the importance of having someone understand your specific set of circumstances is imminent. The bottom line is, if you find yourself even thinking you need council, you probably do, and this means it is going to cost you money, like it or not legal trouble=$$$, so no matter what somehow you are going to have to come up with something to deal with your situation, this being said, wouldn't you rather have a professional who cares about your individual legal needs, who will go to court for you and personally call you and let you know when it is necessary and when it is not for you to appear in court, he knows all sides of the law and is extremely familiar with many of southern California s court rooms and judges, this is such an added benefit to see your council, prepared, prompt, and polished fighting from his heart and experience for you, you will no doubt find a life long friend, as I have, should you require Thomas loverskys legal services, the sense of relief is indescribable when just moments before you thought there was no hope and no way out...he is the answer.
