I paid 500 to retain his services. For my sons criminal case we talked on the phone twice. He was supposed to visit my son in jail on Tuesday October 8th he never shows up. I reached out left voicemail aske for a call back I had some concerns he never called me back. I get a text message October 16 s...aying he went to jail they were on lockdown he couldn’t see my son. At that point I told him I did not want to proceed what is the refund policy. I also found out the jail was not on lockdown LIE number one. He text me said there is no refund because he talked to me on the phone, set up my sons file, & contacted his lawyer. As he’s texting all these lies as to why I can’t get my money back. I’m talking on the phone with my sons lawyer who said he NEVER.! Contacted her and she will sigh a written statement saying so. I spent 500 dollars to talk to him on the phone and in our text messages he actually text me lol like this is some kind of joke. He is a horrible human who prayied on my desperation to help my son. I will be filing a complaint with the state bar association.

Thomas is a very good Lawyer. He finds out about you, and tells you the truth. The worse circumstances to the best circumstances possible. Takes away that anxiety that many people have when they hire someone for defense in the law. Finacially easy to work with. I had a receiving stolen propert...y case from buying iphones. If convicted it will be a felony. Police took my money, inventory, and my freedom away. Soon as I hired Thomas he made me feel comfortable. I didn’t have to take no plea deal, probation, or jail time. In fact, the entire case was thrown out as a DA Reject. Thomas made it possible for me not to even step in a court house. A small lapse in judgement lead me to a world of legal problems, I was charged with a DUI, and while on a suspended Liscence I turned a few misdemeanors into felonies, possession, intent sales etc I felt the walls closing in, Tom was reffered by a family friend, I had 3 cases in 3 different courts, T...om was straight forward and honest, he explained what my charges carried we're the action was in the defense and with each date coming closure I was sure prison was on my future, Tom went to bat for me, like a Lion in the jungle he was ferocious, argued my DUI to a wet reckless, possession with sales 995 dismissal for illegal search and my last situation I got a non revocable probation, if your in trouble with the law I highly recommend Tom Loversky, I spoke to a half dozen attorneys nobody came close either there retainer was to much or they didn't seem to give me that confidence or trust we're I felt they would fight my fight, Tom was great, integrabal, and honestly saved my life from the disater I put it in.
