BRN Defense: Outstanding
In the days following my misdemeanor DUI, I was beyond devastated and thought that my career as a Registered Nurse was over. After I spoke with Scott for the first time, I knew he was the person I wanted to represent me. Scott took the time throughout every step of the process to explain things thoroughly and answer all my questions. Scott was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and always provided honest feedback. In the end, I was able to keep my license without restriction. I would recommend Scott without hesitation and can’t thank him enough for helping me get through this incredibly stressful processes.

Real estate license application and background record
I hired Scott Harris to help me submit my application to the Dre and also to help expunge my background record. I had a few things on my record from the past that I did not know if that would prevent me from getting my license. He is fully knowledgeable on the department of real estate's process. He walked me through it and is in contact with the DRE on my behalf. The attorney also helped expunge my record while dealing with the DRE. I feel that I am good hands with Scott Harris and his assistant Andy handling the case. I called a few other lawfirms and Expungement offices. His firm was the most knowledgeable the DRE's process compared to the others.

Very Happy
Scott helped me every step of the way through my case from day 1. After the initial consultation I knew this was the person I wanted to represent me. He was able to make sense of a rather unique case, and not only helped me get a very successful outcome but made me feel better along the way. His legal response was way beyond anything I could have crafted, extremely eloquent yet to the point, and I could tell he paid a lot of attention to detail and worked very hard on this. I have no problem recommending him to anyone who may need his services, he did an amazing job. I was so happy to finally get this legal matter put behind me, and it was all thanks to Scott.

Hard to pass up
I did not get to retain him as a lawyer but his expertise really shows, he is reassuring, knowledgeable and confident. I had a situation with the BRN and he was one of the few attorneys I spoke to that walked me through the process honestly. He's calm and collected and honestly if I didn't live so far away I would've tried to retain him.

honest lawyer
Although I didn't hire Scott, he provided me with honest and realistic advice regarding my situation with the BRN. He answered my questions and gave me an honest answer rather than simply taking my money knowing what the end result would be. Very much appreciated!

Excellent, compassionate and knowledgeable attorney!
I was very fortunate to have found Mr. Harris to represent me in an accusation from the BRN. He was able to negotiate a settlement where not only did I retain my license without stipulation or probation, but also the most minimal settlement possible without any fines. I would have never negotiated that settlement with the BRN without him! Without reservation, I highly recommend him!

Exceptionally knowledgeable on BRN attorney!
Scott Harris is an exceptionally knowledge Administrative Law Attorney. He represented me in charges from the BRN. It was his exceptional knowledge of how the BRN charges and hearings work the helped to save my license. He set up a mitigation plan that I followed and did everything he outlined. Because of this Mitigation plan he was able to get a resolution by way of a settlement offer from the BRN. This settlement allowed me to keep my license with the minimalist penalty allowed to me. Thanks to Scott I was able to retain my license and still work as a Registered Nurse. I interviewed several attorneys and I am so happy with my decision to retain Scott Harris, he was definitely the most knowledgeable attorney for my case.

Nursing License Defense
I received an accusation on my nursing license related to a first offense misdemeanor DUI. The Board of Nursing wanted to revoke my license related to this incident. I was very lucky to have found Scott Harris by doing a random search on the internet for license defense lawyers. He was the second lawyer that I went to regarding this issue but I knew right away that I wanted him to represent me. From the time I met Mr. Harris, and throughout the whole process, he kept me informed on all of my options, took time to listen to my concerns and always gave me honest answers and feedback. He was very supportive and always available throughout this stressful time. With Mr. Harris representing me, I chose to take my case before an administrative law judge. The judge ruled in our favor and recommended that the brn not revoke my license. The board decided to non adopt the decision and still wanted to revoke my license with a probation period. We had to take my case to the superior court, where another judge ruled in my favor ordering the brn to reconsider the decision, stating that license revocation was too extreme of a discipline in my case. I am very happy with how my case turned out and thanks to the help of Mr. Harris my license was not revoked by the brn. I highly recommend Scott Harris to anyone in need of license defense.
