Has proven most reliable legal representation and advocation in family court matters

Over very nearly ten years of my very high conflict divorce, child support and child custody case I have been represented internationally by various attorneys from whom I have gained valuable advocation and decent to excellent legal representation. Some made themselves available to my constantly cha...nging and evolving legal issues as needed but were less than necessarily aggressive or organized in the court room in the face of my adversary or our judge. Others were less than available in the midst of legal family emergencies, but ample in the realm of presentation on court days. Ben on the other hand has been both, he not only makes and takes the time that I feel my case deserves, presents a respectable case on my behalf, but enters the courtroom with the respect, experience and savvy required to make the necessary progress and bring the matters of my family legitimately before judges and comissioners for appropriate request for orders as well as refinements to already existing orders on all fronts. Mr. Kanani has an element of humanity by which he weighs the issues at hand of which at times have been highly emotionally charged topics for my family. Although he is capable of respecting delicate issues, he is also very careful not to allow the element of emotion to affect the outcome of the case and maintains firm boundaries and limits by which he encourages we, myself as well as my witnesses, approach my case for the best outcome possible. No basis is left uncovered on court days and I can depend on that my issues will be resolved with the integrity they deserve. I am beyond grateful to Mr. Kabani for helping my children and I achieve legal heights that used to seem nearly impossible. I would highly recommend this attorney for any family law issue.
