Roby Jonathan Yadegar

I'm the founder of Yadegar Law PC, a boutique corporate and transactional law firm in Beverly Hills.

I started my career as a summer associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom — working on finance and M&A — then joined the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles, focused on M&A, private equity, venture capital, equity financings, and general corporate representation for domestic and international private and public companies. I then joined the Media & Entertainment Transactions Group at Katten Muchin Rosenman in Century City, advising media companies, television networks, tech companies, financial institutions, and investment funds. Along the way I co-founded a consumer-facing tech startup — an experience that shaped the practical, entrepreneurially-minded lawyer I am today.

I founded YLPC in 2010 to bring BigLaw-caliber transactional work to founders, funds, operators, and growing companies — without the institutional overhead. Today the firm represents clients at every stage, from pre-formation startups through exit, across technology, media & entertainment, finance, real estate, manufacturing, fashion, fitness, and telecom.

My rates are published publicly ($500/hour · $2,000 half-day · $4,000 full-day) — meaningfully below retired-judge panel rates, while bringing comparable deal-structure fluency.
