Ben and his team have been extremely helpful and professional throughout my ongoing DVRO and divorce matters. They have been patient, communicative, and supportive during a very difficult time for me, and even took over representation from my previous lawyer on very short notice. Ben took the time to... review my case in depth and really listen to my side of the story. He has been consistently polite, accommodating, and professional both in and out of court. I hired Ben as my attorney for my restraining order case that was filed against me in LA court house with a hearing in Sep 2021. The petitioner of this case filed a bogus case with random false allegations against me just to get a restraining order sanctioned by the court for her personal vendetta to...wards me. Having not been to a courtroom my entire life, I was extremely nervous about facing my case and that is when I was referred to Ben by another lawyer. Right from the moment when I met Ben and explained him my case, he totally believed my side of the story which was truth side. He gave me the confidence on that same day that we can easily win this case in court and explained to me in clear terms about all my legal rights. In our first hearing, he got me a continuance from court to give me a peace of mind and to take the time to thoroughly study my case and gather all the evidences to support my side. During that one month period after getting continuance, Ben and his team quickly got to work and spend extensive amount of time studying and researching my case by gathering all the evidences and witness to well represent my case on my second/final hearing. Ben and his assistants put together a well drafted response to my court filing and tactically handed over all the documents to the petitioners side and to the court. A day before my final hearing, Ben had a long 1:1 conversation with me to train me on all possible scenarios on what to expect and how to answer any questions that may arise during my court hearing. On the day of hearing, Ben defended me in court when the opposing side was desperate in smearing down with all sorts of false allegations. After a 45 minute long hearing with back and forth argument from both sides, eventually the truth has prevailed in court and Ben got my case dismissed. I couldn’t thank him enough by the way he professionally represented me in court as this case could have led to some serious immigration consequences to me if it wasn’t acting on my favor. It’s extremely hard to meet a lawyer like him in the LA area where everyone comes after their clients money but not necessarily caring much about their case. Ben was the opposite and he really cares about his clients case and speaks with all frankness and honesty. I strongly recommend Ben if you are on the fence to hire him for all family related cases and I am sure he will handle your case with due diligence just like the way he handled mine. Over very nearly ten years of my very high conflict divorce, child support and child custody case I have been represented internationally by various attorneys from whom I have gained valuable advocation and decent to excellent legal representation. Some made themselves available to my constantly cha...nging and evolving legal issues as needed but were less than necessarily aggressive or organized in the court room in the face of my adversary or our judge. Others were less than available in the midst of legal family emergencies, but ample in the realm of presentation on court days. Although he is capable of respecting delicate issues, he is also very careful not to allow the element of emotion to affect the outcome of the case and maintains firm boundaries and limits by which he encourages we, myself as well as my witnesses, approach my case for the best outcome possible. No basis is left uncovered on court days and I can depend on that my issues will be resolved with the integrity they deserve. I am beyond grateful to Mr. Kabani for helping my children and I achieve legal heights that used to seem nearly impossible. I would highly recommend this attorney for any family law issue.

Benjamin is a great and professional attorney. He always took the time to answer all my questions and concerns... even if it meant keeping him on the phone for a long time on his busy schedule. He took care of my custody case which was a bit complicated given that my child's father lives overseas and... many issues to be covered arise with such case. He always walked into court very confident which was a huge plus for me and his overall demeanor would put me at ease. There are a couple of things which I was not happy 100% with the ruling of my case, but most were dependent on the judge we were assigned; Issues in which Benjamin indeed tried his best by presenting good facts and arguments to the court. Overall, if you want an honest, professional, and good attorney, then I definitely recommend Ben.
