After being separated for 18 months and co-parenting peacefully, mother suddenly prevente ... d father from seeing their children, claiming he was a bad father. Father (my client) went to court to establish custody orders and, as requested, was able to obtain joint physical and legal custody of both children with a 50/50 time split. Father currently sees his children without any incident and has a great relationship with them.
