Biography
Alphonse focuses on providing excellent client service and aggressive advocacy to clients in Family Law, Divorce, and Child Custody matters.
Alphonse graduated with a B.A. in Rhetoric with Honors and English Literature from U.C. Berkeley, where he gave the Commencement Address for the Rhetoric Department. He also received the honor of Distinction in General Scholarship. He graduated with a J.D. from U.C. Hastings in San Francisco with a concentration in Civil Litigation and was awarded for the best student in Trial Advocacy II by the CACI Institute.
Alphonse has represented clients in approximately 2,000 legal matters over the past ten years. He has a proven track record of successful outcomes in Court, representing clients in approximately 200 preliminary hearings, and a combined approximate 60 jury trials, court trials, and evidentiary hearings. Alphonse is proud of his record of success for his clients, including a historical track record for each case that he has handled of either winning or settling in favor of his client in every trial and evidentiary hearing.
Before starting the Provinziano Legal Team, Alphonse worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, attaining recognition for his detailed case preparation and successful outcomes in court. He also worked for a San Francisco boutique law firm focusing on insurance defense litigation in federal and state courts.
Alphonse employs aggressive tactics and strategies in order to advocate for his clients. He intends to pursue every possible avenue for his clients to get a good outcome for their case. He prides himself on providing excellent service to his clients. As a Former District Attorney, Alphonse has handled a wide range of criminal cases, including the following areas: Murder, Watson/Driving Under the Influence Murder, Attempted Murder, Manslaughter, Attempted Manslaughter, Vehicular Manslaughter, Vehicular Manslaughter while Intoxicated, Rape, Sexual Assault, Sexual Battery, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Robbery, First and Second Degree Burglaries, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Battery with Serious Bodily Injury, Assault by Means Likely to Cause Great Bodily Injury, Criminal Threats, Terrorist Threats, Arson, Construction of an Explosive Device, Possession of Illegal Fireworks, Possession of a Deadly Weapon, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, DUI aka Driving Under the Influence of Drugs and/or Alcohol, aka Driving While Intoxicated, Hit and Run, Hit and Run with Injury, Reckless Driving, Evading a Police Officer, Resisting an Executive Office by Force or Fear, Resisting, Delaying, Obstructing a Peace Officer, Possession of Controlled Substances and/or Drugs for Sales, Possession of Controlled Substances, Possession of Marijuana for Sales, Forgery, Theft, Petty Theft with Priors, Forgery, and Receiving Stolen Property. His wide breadth of experience in criminal cases is valuable for his clients because he can quickly analyze the issues and provide formidable representation.
Alphonse also focuses on helping injured clients and their families in personal injury and wrongful death matters.
In his spare time, Alphonse enjoys his spending time with his family, being an active member of his local church, reading, and wine tasting.
