So, if you're reading this you are probably coming here under the same crappy circumstances that I did a year ago. You know the story, I was leaving a bar, a lapse in judgment, pulled over for speeding, and off to Jail I went---Arrested on suspicion of a DUI. After I was released from my luxurious ...overnight vacation I started doing my research. Everywhere I turned, Hart J Levin's name and reputation poked up. Specifically that of Mr. Matthew J. Cohen. From the start, Matthew was nothing buy reassuring, but realistic, and professional. He answered all of my questions and quelled my fears. However, he was always straight and realistic with me. He told me the common process in CA for my offense and exactly what my odds were in the situation. At no point did I feel he was selling me or being anything other than 100% honest. Throughout the process, he made himself available whenever I needed it. He always took the time to answer all of my questions and to talk me through the lengthy and turbulent court and DMV dealings.
