Matthew Cohen is an exceptional attorney. From our first phone conversation throughout the entire process of my DUI case, he was supportive, respectful and exhibited the best qualities you could hope for in an attorney who is helping you to get the best possible outcome. He is responsive and patient ...as he helps you to understand the process, what is required and the outcome. I had never had the experience of being arrested for DUI before, and I was terrified of what may happen. He provided me with updates as my case proceeded and explained things to me so that I could feel confident that I had the best person to represent me in this matter. He was also there for me after probation ended to get the dismissal processed. I wish all attorneys showed such ethical behavior and am so glad to have Matthew Cohen represent me in my DUI case.

You will continue to drive yourself crazy and trust me, all the mail you are about to receive can go right in the trash because your lawyer is.... Right. Here. This review is for my lord and savior, Mr. Matthew Cohen. If you do not hire Matthew and his team, you are doing yourself the biggest disservice of your life. Here’s how it works: you call and you get THIRTY minutes to talk to the smartest and most intelligent lawyer for whatever it is you just did. For free. FOR FREE?! Yes. And then you decide ‘YES! I’m obviously hiring Matthew because that one avvo review (this one) convinced you that this is the right thing to do.’ Then, you figure out payment options. Listen to me! I’m poor and I did it! YOU CAN DO IT TOO. THIS PRICE IS A STEAL. Then you probably sit on your couch and cry yourself to sleep like I did and wait a while for them to call you. This is normal. They are busy behind the scenes probably busting down doors at the DMV or the police station doing what they do best. Don’t worry. Someone from the office emails you to collect payment. Pay. I recommend charging it and also getting all of the associated points from your credit card company. Might as well get something positive out of this horrible situation. You’ll talk to some people from his office. I talked to Jenn. She’s just the best. She gave me updates and helped me through such a non-standard case. I mean, it was probably pretty standard, but I did have a few moving scenarios and an early DMV suspension. She did all my DMV work, answered all my questions, and assured me in my time of need. Pro tip- Stay off the internet, folks! Just ask them! Googling scenarios is going to drive you crazy. Just. Ask. Jenn!!! Then... the THING happens. You know, the thing you’ve been waiting for. And it’s scary. But again, you’re in the best hands. Matthew, first and foremost, gets it. He wants to know facts and then he tells you straight forward how this is going to go. Matthew knows the laws. He understands what you’re going through. He will do everything in his power to get you the best possible scenario. And that’s what he did for me. Like, literally, THE BEST POSSIBLE CASE SCENARIO. My only complaint was that he didn’t call me sooner once he obtained the best plea deal ever. I am not joking when I say a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I was so stressed, the tension caused me to pinch a nerve in my neck. His news legitimately healed me. (My lord and savior, Matthew!) So again, take a deep breath, pick up the phone and make the only smart decision you’ve made recently. Hire Matthew Cohen.

The attorneys and staff at The Law Offices of Hart J. Levin are nothing short of spectacular. I was summoned to court for a traffic incident (my first and last one) and had no idea what to do or how to go about the issue. I consulted Mr. Levin’s office after searching online. I was immediately called... by Mr. Levin who was very reassuring and knowledgeable. The staff was also kind and professional. I was always kept updated on my case. I was never made to feel stupid with my questions and I felt supported and heard. On court day, Matthew Cohen was with me. Mr. Cohen was prompt and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Matthew J. Cohen at the Law Offices of Hart L. Levin. Before I made a decision choosing a Law Firm to represent my husband when he was arrested for a DUI, I had called several other attorneys, one of which advertises on Sports Talk Radio. He told me that he could get the cha...rges dropped, (really) but it may go to a jury trial and that would cost anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000 dollars. I found him to be rude and patronizing, and uninformed. I then called the Law Offices of Hart L. Levin. I spoke directly with Hart Levin and found him not only to be honest, but extremely informed. He told me the facts and what to expect, something no other attorney had done up to that point, so my choice was easy. Matthew J. Cohen handled my husband's case. Being that this was our first dealing with this type of situation, Matthew guided us through it. He was exceedingly detailed in instructing us on what to do, and kept us current on every update. He was so easy to communicate with, whenever we had a question we would call or e-mail Matthew, and he would respond very quickly. Thanks to Matthew's legal knowledge and skills, he was able to get my husband's sentence reduced.
