Anish Vashistha

I just have wonderful things to say about Mr. Vashistha. He took my immigration case and help me all the way with everything, he always kept me informed and updated and he made my case to become successful after so many lawyers made me lose hope and money. My husband and I hired Anish the last week of April and by mid July my husband received his Permanent Residents. Before we met Anish we started the process with an immigration consultant; but we stopped because if we had continued, my husband would have been deported from the U.S. to pursue his c...ase from his country of birth. The reason for this was because my husband had entered the country illegally; therefore, he needed to ask for a pardon to USCIS, and wait for an answer (this could take from 6 months to 10 years). Thankfully we met Anish, who advised us that he could process the case in the US. He showed us the "immigration bible," which showed that my husband was protected under section 245 (i). Also, during that time, my husband was facing unsolved criminal issues. We were very affraid that this was going to be a problem, but Anish helped us through the documents needed and through the interview questions regarding the crime. Overall, Anish was professional with his job, but was also very friendly attorney, making us feel comfortable. Most attorney's that we have interacted with intimidate us and it seems as if there is a wall, which we could not brake, making it very difficult for us to ask questions and much less confess the crime. I have recommended Anish to plenty of people, and will continue to do so because I know that if he can help you, he will, but if the case has no future he will be honest about that also.
