I am a client of Anish Vashistha. Mr Vashistha is one of the best immigration attorneys in the USA. He is very honest. In my case I have been to a lot of immigration attorneys in New York and paid them consultation fees. Most of the attorneys didn’t believe me; some took my case and took money but la...ter informed me that they can’t proceed with my case. By God's grace, I got Mr. Vashistha’s contact number after reading about him in an online article in OC Weekly magazine, which published that article in 2015. My friend and I at first were not interested or planning to call him. As I told you guys, I spent a lot of money to attorneys for nothing ,but my friend forced me to contact Mr. Vashistha and check. While I am now legally residing in the USA, I am looking forward to the next step so that I can one day be a citizen of the USA, and by God’s grace and Mr. Vashistha with me, I will stay with my family permanently in the USA. From the very beginning my wife and I saw a handful of attorneys and got their advice concerning my wife and completing bringing her status to a green card. After talking to the many attorneys and reading and hearing a lot of opinions from law offices, we had a very mixed feeling for my wife to ge...t her green card status in a smooth and quick manner and if it was even possible. Somehow we stumbled across Anish's web site and read his reviews and his stories of many different cases of how he has brought people through to a successful finish. My wife and I were very intrigued and decided to call for an appointment. At our initial meeting with Gurbreena (Anish's Northern California office partner) we went over a lot of information so that Anish could hear the whole story and figure out the best paths to go. We would again meet with Gurbreena and have Anish on speaker phone. I was very impressed with this portion of how Anish was able to figure the many possible paths and how he put them in order and determine the quickness of each path and the best successful probability of each. Anish explained the possible paths and told us that even though each path was legitimate and should be approved he also shared the human factor that the USCIS has in that you are still dealing with humans who need to be convinced of the legitimacy of your request. Once it was determined that my wife and I had a couple paths available to us then it was to determine the success rate of each and the quickness of each path and then to choose which to put forth. At this point I knew we had chosen the right attorney and this was only the beginning. Once we had the possible paths chosen it was then that the work that Anish had for us to do would begin. I felt that the gathering of the information to give to Anish was a very crucial part of the process that could make or break our case. Once we got the information and documents Anish requested and sent it to the office it was quickly put together by Anish and sent to the USCIS for the application. I can't say this enough and that is that the level of professionalism that Anish had and the desire he put forward for our case was just awesome. He meticulously went over our information to ensure its correctness and made us feel he was not about just getting paid but that he valued each case he presented for anyone and wanted personally to see them be successful. We had actually a couple interviews with the USCIS and at both times Gurbreena was there with my wife to represent her as her attorney in San Francisco. Unfortunately the first path that was chosen was not successful but this did not deter Anish as he was prepared to put forward the second path for us and present this to the USCIS. Even though our first path chosen was legitimate my wife and I did not give Anish enough information to ensure a successful outcome from the USCIS. This is when I began to understand that Anish is not responsible for the human factor of someone inside the USCIS seeing our case as we see it and approving it but that it is our responsibility to help Anish bring an overwhelming case that can't be denied. Once our first plan and path was denied is when I think my wife and I got more serious and tried to present information for Anish that the USCIS couldn't deny. Our plan "B" then was to be put forward, and I gathered much more information so that Anish could really bring a stronger case that could not be refused by the USCIS, which it did not refuse but instead accepted and approved.
