Lemon Law - 2010 Jeep Wrangler In response to a letter from Ramtin, we decided to proceed with his suggestions on challenging Chrysler Corp regarding the Lemon Law. Our Jeep had been to a dealership approx 7 times for repair for the same "unknown" electrical problem. Mr. Shahian's office sent me a letter regarding the brake issues for my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was already 5 years old and past the warranty. But I had more brake repairs than oil changes. He was able to get me a fairly significant settlement, almost what I paid for 5 years ago. I certainly... was not expecting that much. Good job. I had nothing to lose since there were no up front fees. The only misunderstanding that I had was that I thought if the manufacturer paid additional attorney fees on top of my settlement, I would owe less or nothing in attorney fees, but that was not his fault. It was clearly written in the contract. I still would have pursued the case anyways. He had to take the risk of doing all the work and not getting an agreeable settlement, so his fee is understandable. Ramtin was great at expediting the settlement in the end which helped with my schedule for the vehicle surrender. I was pleased with his quick responses and communication. I appreciate everything he did for me.
