I was at a loss for what to do with my 2008 Acadia when I received a letter from Ramtin's firm inquiring into the problems I had experienced. His letter described my issues to a T, so I took a chance and contacted his office. The were able to negotiate a fair settlement with GM that was in line with ...the laws in the state. Ramtin's office took care of everything. I only had to sign the legal documents and provide proof of ownership of my vehicle. The whole experience was painless for me. On a side note, the office staff is wonderful. I was a bit nervous the week GM bought back my car, and they dutifully answered all of my questions and alleviated my concerns. If you have had major issues with your car, this is the firm to contact.

Ramtin handled my case with professionalism start to finish. I was skeptical at first but after speaking to him I knew he and his firm were legitimate. I had a 2010 VW Routan that was having brake issues every 4,000 miles and either needed new pads or rotors. Ramtin explained the process to me and... I can say it happened exactly as I was told. He was able to get VW to buy back the vehicle and I was reimbursed about 95% of what I put into the car including down payment and monthly payments. I would highly recommend using Ramtin.

Mr. Shahian's office sent me a letter regarding the brake issues for my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was already 5 years old and past the warranty. But I had more brake repairs than oil changes. He was able to get me a fairly significant settlement, almost what I paid for 5 years ago. I certainly... was not expecting that much. Good job. I had nothing to lose since there were no up front fees. The only misunderstanding that I had was that I thought if the manufacturer paid additional attorney fees on top of my settlement, I would owe less or nothing in attorney fees, but that was not his fault. It was clearly written in the contract. I still would have pursued the case anyways. He had to take the risk of doing all the work and not getting an agreeable settlement, so his fee is understandable. Ramtin was great at expediting the settlement in the end which helped with my schedule for the vehicle surrender. I was pleased with his quick responses and communication. I appreciate everything he did for me.

I have received a letter from this law office stating that I may be able to obtain a settlement from BMW for my cars faulty fuel injection issues. I spoke with Ramtin at the law office and he explained that I would not have to pay an upfront retainer fee but only if and when my case wins so it was r...eally no loss to me. I have been receiving other letters to join a class action law suit but it was for a ridiculously small amount. Ramtin had always returned my communications promptly and kept me informed on progress whenever i asked. Because of the privacy I will only say we did settle favorably and Ramtin did a fine job on helping me. Highly recommend working with Ramin.
