I had a lemon vehicle that had numerous brake failures and headlight malfunctions all duplicated by the dealer but never resolved. Mr. Shahian's office sent me a letter regarding the brake issues for my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was already 5 years old and past the warranty. But I had more brake repairs than oil changes. The only misunderstanding that I had was that I thought if the manufacturer paid additional attorney fees on top of my settlement, I would owe less or nothing in attorney fees, but that was not his fault. It was clearly written in the contract. I still would have pursued the case anyways.
