I was at a loss for what to do with my 2008 Acadia when I received a letter from Ramtin's firm inquiring into the problems I had experienced. His letter described my issues to a T, so I took a chance and contacted his office. The were able to negotiate a fair settlement with GM that was in line with ...the laws in the state. Ramtin's office took care of everything. I only had to sign the legal documents and provide proof of ownership of my vehicle. The whole experience was painless for me. On a side note, the office staff is wonderful. I was a bit nervous the week GM bought back my car, and they dutifully answered all of my questions and alleviated my concerns. Lemon Law - 2010 Jeep Wrangler In response to a letter from Ramtin, we decided to proceed with his suggestions on challenging Chrysler Corp regarding the Lemon Law. Our Jeep had been to a dealership approx 7 times for repair for the same "unknown" electrical problem.
